Crispy Aloo Pyaz Pakora | Iftar Special Pakoda | Potato Onion Fritters | Ramadan Special Pakoda Today I make a delicious Aloo Pyaz Pakora Ramadan Special recipe. Which you can include in your iftar. It's perfect for tea time, rainy days, or Ramadan. Ingredients: -Potato (Aloo) 3 medium (julienne) -Onion (Pyaz) sliced (2 medium) -Green Chili (Hari Mirch) 5-6 (chopped) -Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhania) 1/2 cup (chopped) -Gram Flour (Baisan) 1 cup -Salt (Namak) 1 tsp or to taste -Red Chili (Lal Mirch) powder (1 tbsp) -Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhania) 1 tbsp -Cumin Seeds (Zeera) 1 tbsp -Water (Pani) as required -Cooking Oil for frying Method: -In a bowl, add the potato, onion, green chili, fresh coriander, salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and gram flour. -Gradually add water, and mix until a thick batter is formed. -Heat cooking oil and fry pakora on medium flame until golden & crispy. -Crispy fried fritters serve with raita and imli chutney!😍 If you haven't subscribed yet, don't forget to subscribe to my channel and press the bell icon👍🏻 for more videos.
