HIT & RUN Season 2 Canceled as Lior Raz’ Other Netflix Series FAUDA Films Season 4
Hey, guys! Unfortunately, Netflix decided not to renew their new Original series Hit and Run for Season 2. The cancelation came just six weeks after the international espionage thriller series was released in August. Hit and Run was a co-production between Israel and the US. The show came from the creators of Netflix series Fauda, Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff, and the writers of The Killing, Dawn Prestwich and Nicole Yorkin. By the way, Fauda has been renewed by Netflix for Season 4, but the release date is yet to be set. Hit and Run took more than three years to make, because production was halted by the pandemic. Since the series was filmed in Israel and New York, its production was complicated and expensive. The original plan was to have two or three seasons for Hit and Run, which is precisely why co-creators ended the first season with a massive cliffhanger, paving the way for an exciting Season 2, the storyline of which we will never learn now. The series was very well received by viewers, hitting the Netflix Top-10 list upon its release, and an approval score of 7.1 out of 10 on IMDb.
