EU Commission chief: Brexit day will be 'tough and emotional'
The European Commission's president, Ursula von der Leyen, has warned Britain that it would not get the “highest quality access” to the European Union's market after Brexit unless it made major compromises. She predicted that Jan. 31, the day Britain is set to leave the European Union, would be a "tough and emotional day".
