Property Description: This sublime Penthouse was recognized with two Awards at the International Design and Architecture Awards in London in 2022 (Design et Al), in both the Best Interior Design Scheme Global and Best Master Bedroom categories. The 6,343 square feet Penthouse faces the ocean with a long boardwalk along the seafront. It is inspired by a modern interpretation of nature, bringing the outside in, working within the remit of a family home. Soft colours, a wide range of textures, patterns and exciting materials offer visual comfort, and ensures that each room has a character. The result offers a feel of London luxury in Dubai. Highlights of the scheme include the office, with its Fromental Sakura wallpaper with icy blue accents, as well as the Master bedroom, that won Best Master Bedroom in theh Design Et Al Awards in 2022.
