Steak bites with crash potatoes and mushroom gravy! #RecipeInDescription

Cut top round steak into bite-sized pieces and sautéed them in olive oil and butter. Seasoned with Maggi beef bouillon, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and thyme, and set aside. Boiled baby potatoes in salted water until soft. Placed them on a greased baking sheet and flattened them with the side of a knife. Seasoned them with sea salt and black pepper, sprayed with some cooking spray, and baked around 400°F for about 20 minutes, until crispy on the outside. Used the steak pan with all the drippings still inside to sauté sliced mushrooms with butter. Added more butter, along with flour, water, and more beef bouillon, to make the gravy base. Seasoned with some more of the same beef seasonings and sprinkled a pinch of sugar, stirring while the gravy thickened. Served the steak and potatoes topped with the gravy, and enjoyed!
