There are tons of things to do in Crater Lake Oregon! We decided to make this a pit stop on our way home from our Bend Oregon road trip. This was our first time at Crater Lake and it was really fun. If you are wondering how much it costs to, we found out for you! It costs a whopping $30 just to drive into Crater Lake National Park. There are several places to stop, park, and soak up the miraculous views on the crater rim. We were there on a beautiful, hot, sunny, June day. The skies were clear and the snow was abundant! Yes, there was plenty of snow, which took us by surprise. There are places to use the restroom, shop, as well as grab some local ice cream along the way. If you are into camping and hiking, we found that you must get the proper permits to do so. If you are looking forward to fishing, the lake is chalk full of trout, but I am not clear on you ability to do so. I's sure the Crater Lake website would have the exact information you'll need to know.
