Boris Johnson addresses Ukrainian parliament

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has become the first world leader to address Ukraine's parliament since the beginning of Russia's invasion. He spoke to Ukrainian MPs on Tuesday night, pledging 13 armoured vehicles to help evacuate citizens bunkered down by Russian artillery in the country's east. The armoured vehicles are part of a wider military aid package which will include electronic warfare equipment, GPS jammers and night vision devices.
