TANF Redesign: Guaranteed Income

Mara Heneghan, Senior Strategist with the Economic Security Project, spoke to the Oregon Department of Human Services TANF Redesign Workgroup about the intersections between guaranteed income and other public benefits. She has been leading conversations on strategies policymakers and program administrators can use to protect guaranteed income recipients' access to existing benefits.
