Dracula's Curse 2020 - trampolines for Trevor

v0.4.13b is released. This is a minor bugfix release. 1. Curse of Darkness Trevor's double jump ability can now be switched on or off in the game options menu. So you can again double jump at any difficulty level. 2. A moving platform is added to Alucard's Cavern. Hopefully this will make the lower path of the game passable by both CoD Trevor without double jump and the classic mode Trevor. 3.
