Sprague Avenue from 1996 to 1998. Yates has also confessed or been found guilty of five other murders, two in Walla Wall (1975) and one in Skagit County in 1988. He was found guilty for two more murders in 2002 and now waits execution on Death Row in the Washington State Penitentiary.
