Berlin vlog | A week of eating well, my thoughts on long hair, and the daily vlog of a Berlin exc...
#GermanVlog #BerlinVlog Hello, this is Mineko. I hope you've all had a healthy week! I'm back with another daily vlog today. I've been particularly busy cooking this week! Because of the second lockdown in Berlin, we can't eat out, and since the sun sets early in Germany in the winter, I've been spending a lot of time alone at home. Perhaps that's why I've been cooking extra hard and focusing on self-care this week. And there's a place in Berlin that sells rice cakes that they make themselves! Finding rice cakes in Germany is incredibly difficult. Honestly, I'm a rice cake lover, and I like rice cakes even more than bread (haha). Sometimes, I crave them so much that I struggle. But this time, I finally decided to go on a trip to buy some. The store is called Samil Sangsa! It's a bit far from downtown Berlin, so it takes a while to get there, but it's definitely worth it. The rice cakes are hand-pulled daily, so they're incredibly chewy and delicious. If you live in Berlin or have a chance to visit, and you enjoy rice cakes, I highly recommend checking them out. Other than that, I've been mostly just commuting between home and school. I'm still practicing hard and dedicating a significant portion of my day to it. Due to COVID-19, all my performances at the end of the year and beginning of the year were canceled, which is a bit tiring (I miss the stage so much, sob...), but I decided to invest this extra time into practicing for myself! I enjoyed practicing, cooking, reading, and watching Netflix. I think I've had another week. Oh! And I also talked a little about my thoughts on long hair in the video. I've actually always had long hair since I came to Germany, but I impulsively cut it short early this year. So I talked a little about that in this video. The COVID-19 situation is really bad in Germany, but I heard it's getting worse in Korea too. I sincerely hope you're all safe and healthy. Thank you so much for watching today's long video and post! If you have any questions or feedback about the video, please let me know. I'll use your feedback to help me make better videos. ♥️ ✔️Instagram @minhye.ko / minhye.ko ✔️Contact [email protected]
