OSP: 7 injured in Miami Township after cement truck crashes into building

MIAMI TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a Clermont County crash involving seven vehicles, including a cement truck. The collision happened Tuesday around 6:30 p.m. at US 50 and Round Bottom Road in Miami Township after the cement truck went into a military supply store. No one was reportedly in the store at the time. One car was trapped underneath the cement truck, and the man inside had to be pulled out by firefighters. An OSP lieutenant says seven people were injured in the crash, including one person who was seriously injured. They were taken to a nearby hospital. Their names are not being released at this time. Firefighters at the scene say it's amazing everyone survived this crash. It's not known right now what led up to the crash, but drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash.
