Human smugglers caught in Texas! The Texas Department of Public Safety has released dash cam video from last week as a suspected human smuggler led officers on a high speed chase that ended in a rollover crash. The driver and five illegal immigrants were arrested, while several others fled the scene on foot. The driver is facing charges of evading and human smuggling.
