Hello and welcome to this yoga practice. This is a full body flow that is slow and steady, intended for all levels and it's a great practice to ease yourself into movement if it's been a while. Within this practice we will start seated, focusing on the breath and then gradually move through a sequence of full body stretches, guided at a steady pace to give you plenty of time to find your alignment and focus on your breath.
