A must-try for any bread lover! 🤤 ✨ Ingredients: 📍 For the Cream Cheese Filling: • 2 brioche buns • 250g soft cream cheese • 2 tbsp sugar • 4 tbsp milk 📍 For the Garlic Butter: • 100g butter (melted) • 1 egg • 1 tbsp sugar • 1 tbsp salt • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced) • 2 tbsp dried parsley 🔥 Baking: 10 minutes at Gas Mark 4. You can skip the sugar for garlic butter if you want as you may find it too sweet. The ingredients lasts for 5 of these brioche buns since it wasn’t that big however if you manage to get bigger buns like the size in korea then it would be sufficient for 2-3 buns.
