Design Principles for Data Spaces & Building Blocks
How can we bring more #DataSpaces into practice? ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dbECrCMG The design and implementation of a data space comprises a number of building blocks, classified by four categories: interoperability, trust, data value, governance. Furthermore, the building blocks can be of three types: the technical building blocks, business building blocks and operational building blocks. Working with building blocks is a bit like being a kid again, creating something big with a pile of Lego pieces, teaming up with your buddy at a Lego playdate. First you have to think hard about what you want to achieve and then you have to find the right pieces to make it happen. There is no “one size fits all” solution the blocks can offer but the colorful pieces are very helpful to accomplish your plan. And how the whole thing is connected and how these building blocks can be applied, Silvia explains in the video.
