Ingredients: 1/3 cup cottage cheese 1 egg white everything bagel seasoning red pepper flakes 1 avocado 2 eggs chili oil Mix cottage cheese and egg white together. Spread it onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning and red pepper flakes on top. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes. Top with sliced avocado, eggs, and chili oil.
