Chicken Tikka Crepes || Iftar Special Snacks || Ramadan Savory Crepes Recipes - RKC For the crepes IngredientsAll purpose flour - 1 1/2 cupsEgg - 1Water - 11/2 cups or as needed to make a thin batter Salt - to taste For crepes Maida 2 cup me Egg 2 Milk 1 cup Water 1 1/2 cup or as needed to make a thin batter Salt to taste Yogurt 2 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Preparation 1. Mix together the above ingredients to make a smooth batter adding enough water. Whisk till smooth. 2. Heat a small non - stick pan, pour half cup batter to it and spread evenly in the pan to get circle shape. Turn the side and cook. Remove the crepes from the pan when just done. Repeat the process till all are done. Mix 2 tbsp all purpose flour with little water to make a paste For chicken tikka filling Chicken minced 1 lb Onion 1, chopped Capsicum 1, chopped Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Green chilies 3, chopped Pepper paste 1 tbsp (optional) Kashmiri chili powder 1 tsp Pepper powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Fresh cream 2 tbsp Salt to taste Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Make the filling ready and keep aside to cool Once all the crepes made. Take one crepe and add 2 tbsp filling at the center and fold. Make sure to put the all purpose flour paste to seal the sides. Heat little oil in a frying pan. Place the crepes and fry on both sides until it turns golden brown.
