[PS3/XBOX360/PC] Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is an upcoming action-adventure game and a sequel to the 2010 game, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, and the 35th installment on the Castlevania franchise. The game is in development by MercurySteam and published by Konami. It is expected to be MercurySteam's last contribution to the franchise. The story is set in both medieval and modern worlds. Plot: After centuries of sleep and nothingness, Dracula wakes, weakened. The Prince of Darkness burns to reclaim his ancient powers, and desires to get rid of his immortality. Zobek, worried by Satan's imminent return, asks his old friend to help him stop the Devil, with the offer of ending Gabriel's immortality through the use of his reforged Vampire Killer in exchange.
