Nail Color: Sally Hansen Insta-Dri, "ASAP Apple," two coats, and one coat of "Out The Door" shiny top coat. I've been going to Dollar Tree for 20+ years, but yesterday, I noticed a brand new section, and I couldn't wait to show it to you. My initial opinion is that I'm not a fan.
