December 22 - Fourth Sunday of Advent

December 22 is the Fourth Sunday of Advent and we light the candle of LOVE on our Advent wreath. The readings for the day were Micah 5: 2 - 25 and Luke 1: 39 - 45 with the sermon title, "Expectation". Do you remember that old Heinz Ketchup commercial when the little boy sits patiently waiting for the ketchup to come out of the bottle? Is that what Advent is like for us as we wait for the goodness of God's promise to come to us?
