Fallout 4 Hollowed out rock easter egg!

Fallout 4 easter egg behind the Museum of Witchcraft, normal looking rock with a sniper rifle, note referring the city of Megaton in Fallout 3. Also it includes some items that were also found in the hollowed-out rock in Fallout 3. I did a little research and found out "S" is short for Sam Warrick (which is why the baseball glove and grenades are in there) and the "E" stands for Evergreen Mills. which Sam Warrick affiliated with in Fallout 3.
