This is the Ripped Reese’s bowl - a decadent smoothie bowl that gifts you a whopping 120g of protein, with only 5 ingredients: 1 cup frozen banana 1 1/2 cup greek yogurt 4 tbsp peanut butter powder 2 scoops chocolate protein powder 1/2 cup fairlife milk Some tips: Frozen bananas are ESSENTIAL. They are the reason the bowl stays creamy and thick in texture. Also peanut butter powder has better macros than the spreadable peanut butter from a jar - so we use the powder here. I take about 180g of protein a day give or take, so this thing wallops my goal. But you don’t have to eat the whole thing! You can also make half for now and enjoy it as a high-protein snack (450 cal | 60g protein).
