Macy's Unveils New Balloons for Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City
Macy's unveiled the new additions to its annual New York City Thanksgiving Day parade on Monday. The new balloons are The Boss Baby, and Red Titan from "Ryan's World." This year, as a result to the coronavirus pandemic, the public can only watch the parade on television. The NYPD will route away people who try to gather at the production location in Manhattan's Herald Square. Macy's says the number of people involved in the parade this year is down significantly. New floats include a tribute to women in STEM and a Tom & Jerry float pegged to an upcoming movie. This makes the 94th year the parade has taken place.
