Welcome to the Vigil Mass for Mary, the Holy Mother of God. As we anticipate the beginning of the New Year, we are reminded that January 1st is dedicated to our Blessed Mother and also is designated as the World Day for Peace. We not only entrust ourselves to our Blessed Mother but the whole world as well. Through the intercession of our Blessed Mother, we pray for peace in our troubled world. Let us pray in gratitude for the blessings of this past year and joyful anticipation of the year that lies ahead. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us! Just a reminder that we will have Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament throughout the night concluding with Benediction at 8 am followed by the celebration of the Mass starting at 8:30 am. Beginning at 8 pm, we will pray the rosary every two hours. This means 8 pm, 10 pm , midnight, 2 am, 4 am and 6 am.
