Adolescents contraceptives debate
The question of whether to give contraceptives to adolescents or not is widely contested. However, with every 6 in 10 adolescents not using contraceptives, approximately 1.7 million teenage pregnancies have been recorded in the last 5 years in the country. The crisis of unplanned pregnancies has led to a rise in the number of teen mothers.
