How to Deal with inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. It's important to identify and deal with bad behaviour at work that is unprofessional behaviour in the workplace. Inappropriate behaviour such as workplace gossip, workplace bullying, aggression at work and sexual harassment at work needs to be addressed. In this video, I help you identify and deal with inappropriate behaviour at work. I start by talking about what is inappropriate behaviour at work and talk about the four types of unprofessional behaviour you need to look out for (workplace bullying, gossip at work, aggression at work, and sexual harassment in the office). Then I offer six suggestions on how you can deal with inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. Sometimes it's hard to identify whether behaviour we're facing is inappropriate. You might ask yourself whether it is inappropriate behaviour or if you're being too sensitive. It's also difficult to know how to deal with it. Who do you talk to? What should you say?
