We all get anxiety from time to time when things go wrong or we're overthinking all the what if's and worst-case scenarios that could happen. Maybe you just woke up anxious and you don't even know why you're anxious. Let's stop right there and let's untangle your anxious brain a find out what's worrying you so much. I am currently in the middle of dealing with it. When I get anxiety I am usually the avoidance type or the freeze type. I feel not capable to react and just hope I will somehow survive, sometimes however I am the flight type and I just want to run away as far and fast as possible. When there is no tiger to run away from however the flight, fight, or freeze response can be very unhelpful in our everyday anxiety. And there's no way around it than to deal with it, to get the right coping skills to face our own anxiety and overcome it. I struggle and probably so do you otherwise you wouldn't have clicked on this video, so let's figure out how to get through it together and what we can do to prevent all the stress in the future.
