Morning Prayer from the vicarage The church is now open each week on Wednesdays from 9am - 4pm for private prayer with a short service at 1pm We now have a digital plate available for gifts to support all we do to serve our community. https://tinyurl.com/digitalplate. To replace our lunch club through lockdown, we have started a delivery lunch for local vulnerable, isolated and elderly people. The next lunch is Wednesday, 2nd September. Support for local people We have been given some money to support local people with essential supplies who are shielding or otherwise self isolating and who do not have access to money, either through lack of income or not being able to get to the bank/post office and who do not have family to support them nearby. Wednesday evenings 7.00pm - Prayer Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9.30am – streamed Morning prayer Tuesday 10 am - prayer together - on Zoom Wednesday 9am-4pm - Church open for private prayer. 1pm Service of the word Thursday 7.30pm - Evening Prayer Sunday 10am – streamed church, followed by a ‘zoom’ coffee break for discussion and chat - if this works we may move to service through zoom and get some others to read, pray and so forth, but one thing at a time! Sunday 4pm - The Sunday Gathering - outside church building Bring a flask of tea, a cake and meet people. there will be a few words and prayers share.
