Keto Fathead Dough (Breadsticks, Sandwiches and Pizza Crust

Fathead Dough Recipe 2 oz Cream Cheese 1 and 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese or combo of 3/4 Mozzarella and 1/2 cheddar cheese (Mozzarella is a must) 1 Egg beaten 1/3 Cup Almond Flour 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder Preheat oven to 415 degrees Add cream cheese Mozzarella in microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals until smooth. After smooth, add egg, flour, garlic powder and baking powder. Mix well until incorporated. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic and place in refrigerator for at least 30 min or up to 24 hrs. Place dough between 2 pieces of parchment and roll out into desired shape. Bake for 12-15 min until golden brown. (If making pizza, bake 8-10 min, add toppings and return to oven (reduce temp to 375 degrees) bake until Cheese is bubbly/melted (about 6-10 minutes). Allow bread /pizza to cool a bit before slicing.
