You won’t want to miss what’s coming next! 🛒Ingredients You’ll Need: FOR BOILING POTATOES Potatoes- 3 (cut into halves) Water- till potatoes are covered Salt- as per potatoes FOR BOTI MIX Mutton- 200 gms (cleaned, washed & cut into small pieces) Garlic paste- 1 & 1/2 tsp Ginger paste- 1 tsp Garam masala powder- 3/4th tsp Salt- As per mutton Turmeric powder- 1/4th tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 3/4th tbsp Dhaniya powder- 1/2 tsp Water- 1 cup FOR COMBINING Spicy Green Chillies- 3 (chopped) Coriander- chopped Salt- as per taste Breadcrumbs FOR FRYING Eggs- 2 Salt- pinch Oil- for deep frying đŸ§‘đŸ»â€đŸłSteps To Follow: In a pressure cooker, boil potatoes by adding salt & water. Cook for 4-5 whistles till potatoes are boiled. Then, peel & keep aside to cool. Clean, Wash & Cut mutton into small pieces. Then, Add the pieces in a pressure cooker. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala powder, salt, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, dhaniya powder & water. Mix & keep it cook for 4-5 whistles till the mutton pieces become tender. Once mutton pieces are tender, keep on high flame till all the water is absorbed. Remove in a plate & keep it aside to cool. Now add spicy green chillies & chopped coriander to the boiled potatoes. Next, Mash the mutton pieces & add. Add salt & combine well. Create thick flat round shapes as shown in the video.
