Feeding Sourdough Starter
I use a 1:1:1 ratio to feed my sourdough starter before using it for recipes. I usually feed 50 grams starter with 50 grams of water and 50 grams of all-purpose flour. My lid I use to cover the fed starter is not airtight, and I leave it at room temperature overnight.
