After the cutscene the wagon's wheel will fall off - follow the prompts to repair it. Now, simply follow the yellow trail on the mini-map to make it to the camp. Don't forget to stop off near the camp to pick up another of your crew when prompted if you want to complete all the objectives. This is now the start of Chapter 2, and things are opening up.
