Well could not resist attending this great All Dayer, went to the last one so nothing was stopping me coming to this one. Steve drove us all down in his car, we arrived in good time 3 pm & stayed until 11.30 pm. The DJ's were all outstanding a spun a great selection of Northern, something for everyone. A good contingency from the Hull, North Lincs, Scarborough, Gainsborough & other areas. Altho' there were other Soul Events on elsewhere it was steady all day. Some came early & went at tea time and others came mid afternoon and left mid evening whilst others came early evening & stayed till the end then there were the hardcore who was there for the full duration. The dance floor was well polished & the dancers took advantage of that. Hot drinks & cakes were available in the back room also the Soul Sisters were there selling there goods. The Hog Roast was scrumptious too & they did cater for the Veggies with Jacket Potatoes. In all it was a brilliant day & the atmosphere was brilliant spent with some lovely friends, making new ones & meeting up with others. Numbers were down a bit but that didn't stop us from having a great time. Would I go again .... Try stopping me
