It’s never been easier for me to eat healthy and I want that for you. So let’s get you some easy healthy meals! Save this for later 💥 Recipe👇🏻 Defrost a lot of frozen broccoli. I use my instant pot, it takes 3 mins. You can also use fresh broccoli if you want too. While that’s defrosting, take 1/2 block of pressed tofu. Cut into cubes and sauté in a little low sodium soy sauce and nutritional yeast. I do this on the stove, but you can put all of this in a bowl and use the microwave for 2 mins. Defrost 1 cup of frozen rice for 2 min in microwave while cooking tofu and broccoli. Top with my Healthy Vegan Mama oil free, low fat cheese sauce (you can google it and itll pop up).
