
Sourdough Banana Bread: Perfected by Doubling the Starter!
Liz loves sourdough and most of the recipes I found didn't use much starter. As a bit of an experiment, I doubled the starter, added and egg, and changed a few other ingredients around. This has to be the best banana bread I have ever made. Honestly, it still doesn't have much of a sourdough flavor.
