   / @kmj2.015   INFO: Michael Jackson performing ‘Billie Jean’ in Auckland, New Zealand at the Mount Smart Stadium (back then it was called the Ericsson Stadium) on November 9th and 11th, 1996 as part of the oceania leg of the HIStory World Tour. THOUGHTS: Both nights are equally good. They both have their similarities as well as their differences. Nov. 9th has a more streamlined visual presentation with lots of very expressive shots and gestures, and the awesome ‘hee hee’ adlibs. Nov. 11th is more loose and free, Michael’s having fun and it’s also extremely long; featuring the iconic chorus addition to the breakdown as well as the groovy dancing from ‘Ghosts’. WHAT I DID: Deinterlaced Nov. 11th, color correction, denoise, audio mix and video mix and all that stuff. Most importantly; made a mix that has the best (imo) from both nights.
