Grilled Paneer with Beetroot & Cucumber Salad – A Perfect Weight Loss Meal! 🥗🔥 Ingredients: 🔹 For Grilled Paneer: • 2 thick slices of paneer • ½ tsp pizza seasoning • ½ tsp chili flakes • ¼ tsp black pepper powder • Salt to taste • 2 drops olive oil 🔹 For Salad Base: • 1 cucumber (sliced using a peeler) • 1 small beetroot (grated) • one small bowl curd • ½ tsp pizza seasoning • ½ tsp chili flakes • ¼ tsp black pepper powder • Salt to taste Instructions: 🔸 Step 1: Marinate the Paneer 1. Take 2 thick slices of paneer and coat them with pizza seasoning, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt. 2. Add 2 drops of olive oil and mix well to evenly coat the spices. 3. Let it marinate for 10 minutes so the flavors absorb properly. 🔸 Step 2: Grill the Paneer 1. Heat a grill pan and lightly brush some oil on it. 2. Place the marinated paneer slices and grill them on medium heat until golden brown and properly grilled on both sides. 🔸 Step 3: Prepare the Salad Base 1. Take one cucumber and slice it into thin strips using a peeler. 2. Grate one small beetroot and add it to a bowl. 3.
