YouTube : https://tastekakhazana.page.link/youtube -------------------------------------------------- ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦: For Gulab Jamun Leftover Chapati(चपाती) - 4 Hot Milk(गरम दूध) - 1/2 Cup Milk Powder(मिल्क पाउडर) - 2 Small Bowl/90-100 Gram Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) -1 Tsp Ghee(घी) -2 Tbsp Milk(दूध) - 2-3 Tbsp Ghee(घी) -2 Tbsp Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे) - 2 Tbsp Yellow Food Color(पीला भोजन रंग) - Some Oil/Ghee(तेल/घी) - For Frying For Sugar Syrup Sugar - 2 Cup Water - 2 Cup Cardamom(इलायची) - 3 Saffron(केसर) - Some Kewra Essence (केवड़ा एसेंस) - 2-3 Drops ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄: For Sugar Syrup, keep the pan for heating & put Sugar, Water, Green Cardamom & Saffron. Cook till the Sugar gets melted & becomes sticky. For Filling, take some Raisins, Almonds, Almondette, Saffron, Cardamom Powder, Melon Seeds, Pistachio, and Yellow Tandoori Colour. Mix them well and make small balls of them. Take leftover Chapati, roast them & break them into small pieces. Then put the Chapati pieces into the mixer jar, add some Wheat Flour & grind well. Sieve the mixture & add some Lukewarm Milk. Bind the soft dough, cover & keep the dough for 10 minutes. After then add some Milk Powder, Baking Powder & Ghee. Knead it first, then add some Milk if required & bind the dough. Divide the dough into two parts & make dough balls then press with your fingers and fill the filling in it and give a perfect shape. Fry them in Ghee/Refined Oil on medium flame. Put the Gulab Jamun in the lukewarm Sugar Syrup. Add some Kewra Essence & keep the Gulab Jamun for 1-2 hours. Garnish with finely chopped Dry Fruits & serve it.
