Mint Pinecone Cookies! Green Christmas Shortbread Cookies | Perfect for Tea Time. Recipe in videos

These easy mint-flavored cone-shaped cookies are perfect for the holiday season! With their festive green color and buttery shortbread texture, they make a delightful treat for tea time or Christmas gatherings. Quick to prepare and baked in just minutes, they’re a must-try for cookie lovers. For ~ 23 pinecones: • 23g mint ( or any other substitute mentioned below) • 110g butter • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 90g of sugar • 1 egg (medium) • 200-250g flour • 0.5 tsp (4 g) baking powder or 1/3 tsp (3 g) baking soda Start by mixing all the ingredients together over low heat until fully combined. Once the mixture is smooth and well-mixed, remove it from the heat. While it’s still warm (but not too hot), stir in the egg and all other ingredients. If you’re not a fan of mint, you can substitute the flavoring with green food coloring, matcha for a natural green hue, or cocoa powder to create brown cones.” Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 10-15 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on your oven.
