Seoul court finds former governor An Hee-jung not guilty of sex abuse crimes

안희정 오늘 1심 판결 무죄...법원 "성폭력 아니다" Former Chungcheongnam-do Province Governor An Hee-jung has been found not guilty of sex abuse crimes by Seoul Western District Court in a hearing this morning. An was indicted in April on charges of sexually assaulting his former secretary multiple times from July last year to February this year. In the last hearing in July, prosecutors had sought four years in prison. However, the court did not accept the prosecution's claim, saying there is a lack of evidence to support the charges of sexual violence.
