
The Best French Apple Cake....Dense but Moist!!
This cake out of the oven is sooo tasty! When you pull it out of the fridge the next day its just as good! Not too sweet but it hits all the notes I am looking for. 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 eggs 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup salted butter 1/4 cup dark rum (apple juice can be a sub) 1 tbsp vanilla 3 apples I used Granny Smith powdered sugar for dusting
