Toh Is Bar Super-Soft Lauki Kofta Recipe #LaukiKoftaRecipe #KoftaRecipe #KoftaRecipe #BottleGourdSabzi #HowToMakeDhabaStyleSabji #RestaurantStyleKoftaRecipe #LaukiKeKofte आज हमारी किचन मे बन रहे है लौकी के कोफ्ते की आसान रेसिपी | रेस्टोरेंट जैसे टेस्टी मलाई कोफ्ते, शाही कोफ्ता, ढाबा जैसे कोफ्ते घर में बनाएंगे तो बाहर कभी नहीं खाएंगे | मुंह में घुल जाने वाले लौकी कोफ्ते का ये तरीका आपने पहले नहीं देखा होगा | टेस्टी लौकी कोफ्ता बनाने की बहुत ही आसान रेसिपी, लौकी के नर्म मुलायम कोफ्ते की मसालेदार करी, स्वादिष्ट लौकी कोफ़्ता बनाने की बेहद सरल रेसिपी, कोफ्ते में ये एक चीज़ से बनाये बिना फ्राई करे कोफ्ते बनाने का आसान तरीका देखिये और इस आसान कोफ्ता रेसिपी को बनाये शेयर ज़रूर कीजिये | INGREDIENTS: For Gravy: Gram Flour(बेसन) - 2 Spoon Oil(तेल) - 2 Spoon Cinammon Stick(दालचीनी) - 1 Green Cardamom(हरी इलायची) - 1 Black Pepper Seeds(काली मिर्च) - 4-5 Cumin (जीरा) - 1 Tsp Black Cardamom(काली/बड़ी इलायची) - 1/2 Bay Leaf(तेज पत्ता) - 1 Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Less than 1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Chilli Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - Less than 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp Water(पानी) - As required Tomatoes(टमाटर) - 3 kaju 7-8 Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 1-2 Ginger(अदरक) - Some Gram Flour 1 Spoon Curd(दही) - 1 Bowl Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) Salt(नमक) - As per taste For Kofta: Bottle Gourd/Ghiya/Doodhi(लौकी) - 1 Piece/500 Gram Salt(नमक) - Less than 1/2 Tsp Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 1 Bowl Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - Less than 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 Tsp Crushed Red Chilli Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1 /1/2 Gram Flour(बेसन) - 4 Spoon Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) RECIPE: For Kofta, peel and grate Bottle Gourd/Lauki. Put it in the bowl, add some salt to it & mix well. Cover & keep it for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water completely and keep that water for making gravy. Take squeezed grated lauki in a large bowl. Add Coriander Leaves, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Turmeric Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Gram Flour & Salt. Mix all ingredients well. The mixture should have a thick consistency to make round-shaped balls. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame for deep frying. Stir occasionally and deep-fry until they turn lightly golden brown and crisp. Drain excess oil and place them over kitchen tissue on a plate. For Gravy, keep the pan for heating, add some Gram Flour & roast it dry & take it out on a plate. In the same pan, add some Oil, Cinnamon Sticks, Green Cardamom, Black Peppers, Cumin Seeds, Black Cardamom, Asafoetida/Hing Powder, Bay Leaf & saute them. Then add some masala - like Turmeric Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder in it. Add some Water gradually while roasting. Add grated Tomato, Green Chilli & Ginger, roasted Gram Flour. Mix well and stir-fry till it releases its Oil. After than add some Curd with Water, Fenugreek Leaves & Coriander Leaves & stir it continuously till the gravy gets start boiling. Add some salt, cover & cook on a slow flame for 10 minutes. Then add Lauki Water, fried Kofta. Cook for 5-6 minutes and turn off the flame. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves & kasuri methi restaurant-style Lauki Kofta will get ready easily.
