4-day Thru-hiker (vegan, stoveless) Food Supply Ideas

A short video to show you what I eat when I do a stoveless backpacking trip. Most of this stuff comes from Trader Joe's, so if you don't have a TJ's in your area, I feel bad for you, but you can get very similar things at your average supermarket. A rundown of the items: -Various styles of Clif bars (duh) -Top Ramen (the Oriental flavor, no beef extract in that one) -Plain-ass dehydrated potato flakes -PB-filled pretzels (don't try to eat these without water) Kettle chips stuffed into a smaller ziplock bag Asian Sides and Mexican Sides by Knorr, found in nearly every supermarket just look for the green packages near the instant rice part of the store -Dry-roasted almonds -Candied walnuts (has some butterfat in it, not vegan) Homemade kale chips (for real get a little dehydrator and make your own. one $2 bag of kale makes the equivilant of maybe 3 bags those store-bought kale chips)
