Poor Baby Elephant Found Alone Without his Family

Game Rangers International - Our team found him malnourished, dehydrated, with exposed ribs and thin patchy skin. The locals said he may have been there for a fortnight, and that it’s almost certain that his mother was killed by poachers. But despite showing the hallmarks of a stressed and sickly elephant, he was also showing his resilience. Muchichili was observed to be alone for two weeks already by the locals, and our team decided to wait for a few more days in the hopes of his herd coming back from him.
