Astoria & Cannon Beach Airstream RV Trip - Oregon Coast

This is our FIRST TIME camping in our new 2019 AIRSTREAM Globetrotter 25ft camper. We are RV BEGINNERS and total NEWBIES at this. We have never towed anything before and had to buy a RAM 2500 to be safe for our 2 young kids & the baby in my tummy...I’m 30 weeks pregnant. We purchased our 2019 Airstream Globetrotter 25ft on a whim and booked this last minute 15 day road trip shortly after. We researched the best RV sites on the Oregon coast. So our 15 DAY OREGON COAST FAMILY ROAD TRIP begins! It’s our First Time at an RV campgrounds, so didn’t know what to expect. This one is a highly rated KOA resort and we really liked it! There were so many fun activities for the kiddos and full “hook ups” so we felt right at home living in our new 2019 #Airstream Globetrotter. Astoria and Cannon Beach Roadtrip Itinerary: Thursday: We arrived, set up our camper, checked out the KOA amenities and relaxed. Friday: We explored Astoria such a cute town, full of character. We visited an awesome maritime museum; waited in a long line at a famous fish & chips stand; and shopped the downtown. Saturday: Left KOA Astoria and drove 45 mins south to Cannon Beach. We received 2 nights free at our favorite hotel in the area, so parked our Airstream in a RV parking. Cannon Beach is always memorable. Making beach fire s’mores in front of Haystack rock until the sun goes down. Kids are happy, life is good and my bump is getting HUGE! These were our favorite memories from the second stop of our 15 day Oregon coast road trip.
