We include 3 M’s in our morning routine (learnt from Robin Sharma): ✨ Meditation – For me, mantra chanting is my most preferred way of meditation 🎶 I’ve done it since childhood and I find myself get most absorbed when I combine mantra with music. For Harsh, his sadhana is studying the Bhagavad Gita every morning 📖 🧠 Mastery – We’re both passionate about learning – whether it’s about health, healing, or The Art of Communication. Right now, I’m reading Resonate to sharpen my storytelling skills, so we can create better videos for you! 🏃♂️Movement – I feel most alive when I practice Yoga. Currently, I’m practising the Ashtanga primary series under a teacher. Also, on alternate days, I also learn martial arts. Harsh prefers yoga and strength training, which keeps him strong.
