On Friday, 25 November 2022, Imbuto Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Culture, the Rwanda Culture Heritage Academy (RCHA), UNDP, KOICA selected the top 60 Artists and awarded the Best Artist per Category of ArtRwanda-Ubuhanzi Second Edition.
