October 8, 2025 - The More They Change, The More They Stay The Same

Politicians on neither side of the aisle here in VA are enthusiastic about helping real victims of abusive policing and malicious prosecution -- even though that is part of their job. Once they take the temperature and note the wind direction, they tend to ignore those who have been savaged by false or misleading sex charges. Yet, we have had a state senator (Morrison) who married his victim and received a pardon from the governor, and someone who had real sex with teens get away with it scot-free. One current gubernatorial candidate even used to run ads claiming to reign in those nasty SOs. Maybe we will see positive change...but probably not this go-round. Here's why...
