Picked up this gem from Jose Raymond and because of that, Dusty calls them "The Jose's". This exercise is a 45 rep leg extension - 15 partials from full stretch to half way up, 15 partials from full contractions to half way down, and then 15 full range of motion reps. Do these at the beginning of the workout to get you moving or the end of the workout finish off your day!
